With increasing footfalls on the Airports it has become necessary to handle each passenger to his delight. A journey tells a thousand stories. YOU could make them pleasant. From the entry of the passenger to the Terminal Building till the Boarding in the Aircraft, you get a chance to brand your Organisation culture with your services and warmth while guiding the passenger through the procedural episode. DURATION:
A 4 months program that’s spread out over for 2 hours, 5 days a week ends with an award of Certificate Course in Ground Staff.
ELIGIBILITY:
Passed H.S.C and above 18 years of age. Candidates pursuing their Degree programs or those who have completed their Degrees.
